Charlie is very helpful he has sorted out my pc and laptops several times he sorted out the problems when PC World said I had to get a new computer as this one was not repairable. The proof is right here I'm writing this on that same computer PC World said was dead. Charlie is 100% genuine if he can't fix the problem then I don't think many others can but more than anything he's very reliable. My choice every time now.
